| Notice of Default and Opportunity to Cure |
On {date of Notice of Default}, {Name and Name} sent you a “Notice to Restore” via email seeking equitable restoration for your breach of {each} trust; wherein you were directed to lawfully close {each} trust.
You were given {twenty-one} ({21}) days to respond and provide proof of your lawful authority to administer trust property without right contrary to the Settlors’ intent, or provide equitable and lawful restoration as per Leviticus 6:4‑5; When this is not possible then provide equitable and lawful restoration as per Proverbs 6:30‑31.
As of the date of this notice, {Name and Name} have not received your proper response. {Your email dated {date of response} did not provide an honourable response.} Therefore, your lack of rebuttal or restoration places you, {Name of first trustee} and {Name of second trustee}, in default.
In good faith, this notice is a reply to your silence and gives you a further {fourteen} ({14}) days to rebut point for point the established facts as affirmed in the Affidavit of Facts, Ref: {reference}”.
Failure to rebut each fact stated in section “Facts of the Event” and section “Facts of the Trusts” in the Affidavit shall establish your tacit agreement and acquiescence that all therein be true, and that Invoice {invoice number} is the lawful and equitable means of closing each trust.
