You choose to deceive.

In Proverbs 24:28 you are instructed to not deceive.

God states in Jeremiah 9:5 that you teach your tongue to speak lies, and in Proverbs 26:28 you hate those afflicted by your lies, thus to deceive is your choice.

This is supported by the Apostle Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2:10 as he explains that you make a conscious choice to reject the truth, and in 2 Timothy 3:13 you choose to escalate your deceit.

Revelation 22:14-15 declares that when you love evil more than good and lies more than truth, you choose to perish.

Therefore, as commanded in Ephesians 4:25, choose to speak truth.
